This policy explains what personal information Oneman Clothing (“we”) collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message, so we can reply.
  • Shopping activity: the products, sizes and colours you view and select, and when you continue to Amazon. This is linked to a random session identifier, not to your name.
  • Visit information: the page you arrived on, the referring website, campaign parameters in the link (such as utm_source), your browser's user-agent, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address.
  • Analytics and advertising cookies from Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel, only if you allow them. See the cookie notice.

What we don't collect

We do not process payments and never receive your card or Amazon account details. Purchases are made on Amazon and governed by Amazon's privacy notice.

How we use it

  • To answer messages you send us.
  • To understand which products and pages are useful and improve the site.
  • To measure whether our advertising brings people to our products, including through Amazon Attribution tags added to links to Amazon.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

Sharing

If you allow analytics and advertising cookies, Google and Meta receive information about your visit under their own terms. When you continue to Amazon, Amazon receives the link you followed, which may include attribution parameters. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and then deleted. Shopping activity records are kept in aggregate-friendly form and periodically removed.

Your choices and rights

You can decline or withdraw consent to tracking at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@example.com.
