This page covers orders placed on this website. Orders placed on Amazon.ca are shipped and returned through Amazon.

Shipping

Shipping is $9.95, free on orders over $100.00. We currently ship to Canada. Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Sales tax (GST/HST/PST/QST) is calculated from your delivery address at payment.

Tracking your order

We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships. You can also check any order at My orders: enter the email you ordered with and we’ll send you a one-time code — no account or password needed.

Returns and exchanges

Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number and the items you’re returning, and we’ll send instructions.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was faulty or we made a mistake.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email hello@example.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll put it right at no cost to you.
